The Trumpf TLF 3200 Turbo CO₂ Laser provides flexible, high-quality cutting capabilities for prototype, short-run, and lower-volume production requirements. This machine supports a wide range of materials and allows FSM to efficiently process diverse customer orders while maintaining precision and responsiveness.

  • Processes steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other common sheet metal materials (excluding copper)

Capacity & Scalability 
The Trumpf TLF 3200 Turbo CO₂ Laser currently operates at approximately 45% utilization, averaging 74.39 production hours per month. Because this machine is primarily dedicated to lower-volume production, approximately 55% capacity remains available to support new customer programs and increased production requirements. This available capacity enables FSM to accommodate growth while maintaining quality standards, on-time delivery, and competitive lead times.

    • The Okuma LB3000 CNC Lathe provides high-precision turning capabilities for a wide range of production requirements. Designed for accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency, this machine supports the machining of virtually all common manufacturing materials, enabling FSM to serve diverse customer applications across multiple industries.

  • 80 mm spindle through-bore capacity, allowing bar stock up to 80 mm (3.15″) in diameter to be fed through the spindle

The Okuma LB3000 CNC Lathe currently operates at approximately 26% utilization, averaging 42.19 production hours per month. With approximately 74% available capacity, FSM has significant room to support additional machining requirements and future customer growth. This available capacity allows for increased production volumes while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and on-time delivery performance.
